Victoria Accreditation Process

Our Chaplaincy network across VIC is growing in size, influence and effectiveness. We are excited that you are considering becoming a part of it. To apply to become a Chaplain or a Chaplaincy Team Member in VIC please download the application form here, complete and post to the VIC CA Office along with payment and photos and necessary police check forms.
