2023 Conference – The Road Ahead

7th & 8th September 2023 – Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific

Join our 2023 conference and be inspired as together we envision The Road Ahead!

More than ever, individuals are struggling with uncertainty, grief and loss, illness, mental health, identity  and finding purpose in life.

The chaplain is God’s intended light carrier to the community: a vehicle for transformation as we navigate the chaos and pivot throughout constant change, to gain traction in a world that is searching for hope and answers.

Our speakers will bring Practical content  to prepare  and empower you for sector challenges and opportunities to become a transformational presence in your community.

A shift is here! Chaplains and leaders are now stepping into the places of influence God has revealed, and bringing Kingdom impact to The Road Ahead.

Looking forward to you joining us!

Pastor Deb Kuhna

CA NSW/ACT State Director

Chaplaincy Conference

Our 2023 conference, The Road Ahead will equip, empower, inspire, and challenge you for the future. We will be showcasing areas of  Chaplaincy that will help you understand how to  become a Transformational Asset to your workspace and community, as well as providing you with tools, resource and thought to travel the Road Ahead!

We will encourage you to learn beyond your field or interest and to explore opportunities that will be presented to you

The sessions will be very practical and helpful for chaplains, all Pastoral Carers as well as community and church teams as we explore current thinking and methodologies for providing the best support possible.

Many of the 26 different chaplaincy sectors will be highlighted and I’m sure you will be moved by hearing the incredible stories of these chaplains on the ground.

Conference Expo

During the conference there will be an expo which will highlight many of the chaplaincy ministries across NSW/ACT as well as many valuable resources and training opportunities.

If you would like to find out about having an expo table or about sponsorship follow the link below…

Professional Development Workshops

We are offering pre and post conference workshops to give you more professional development options.  These workshops will cover some important areas that have been frequently asked for.

These workshops are suitable not only for chaplains but for anyone in the helping professions who would like to be better equipped to provide support while staying in their role. Make sure you also register for these.
