Ceremonies are among the most significant and memorable shared events in our lives and remind us that we are truly human and deeply spiritual.  As pastors, leaders, and chaplains, we are often invited into people’s most sacred ceremonies and sometimes asked to lead them.

This interactive intensive is an opportunity to enhance your understanding of funerals, weddings and other ceremonies and give you some practical tools to lead a ceremony with confidence and kindness.

We will look at what the Bible has to say about ceremonies and the important role they play in our relationships and our own spirituality.  We will also look at how we can play a significant role in helping people have the ceremony they want, without compromising our own beliefs.

Ken and Mandy Fischer have been Pastors with ACC for almost 30 years, and both hold a Graduate Diploma in Counselling.  In addition to pastoring, they have also worked bi-vocationally as Funeral Celebrants / Ministers in the funeral industry for the past 10 years.  They believe the two roles work together beautifully!
