Our Chaplaincy Network currently reaches into 26 different Sectors of Australian Society and Culture.

Each Chaplaincy Sector has subtle differences and we are developing a great resource of “subject matter experts” for each Chaplaincy Sector.

Jenny is an ACC pastor attending Hillsong Church, Greater West Sydney.

She completed training with Chaplaincy Australia as well as a clinical pastoral education.

Jenny has had much experience working in the aged care sector. She is the senior chaplain at BaptistCare, overseeing the chaplaincy managers and the teams of chaplains working in aged care residential facilities and independent living units. She also oversees chaplains at Westmead Hospital and Cobham Juvenile Justice.

Self-care for Jenny is weekends away with her husband, dining out with friends, good movies and listening to books as she travels many kilometers in her car.

Sharna is the director and founder of Arts Care International where she works as a chaplain to the arts and entertainment industry.

Sharna’s chaplaincy background is in the community sector working in mental health and international community development on a local and government level.

She enjoys watching the Sydney Kings play (who she supported as chaplain) and enjoys drinking an extra hot soy chai latte while catching up with friends.

Anne has been a Chaplain for 20 years.   In 1998, she founded Chaplaincy Australia.  

Anne has been on most Australian disaster fronts since 2004, is a duty officer with the Disaster Recovery Chaplaincy Network; an ambulance chaplain for North Sydney and on-call pentecostal chaplain at the RNS Hospital. 

Anne is passionate for all things chaplaincy.

Fergus has been in the School Ministry space in NSW for over 30 years and has been a School Chaplain and Chaplaincy Manager for many years. Currently working with Scripture Union Australia, Fergus has a desire to see Chaplains equipped and empowered to make a difference in their school communities.

Fergus failed his HSC, tried out for Channel 9’s Australian Survivor TV series, played and taught the drums for years and enjoys surfing, touch footy and playing golf, where he has been the Sports Chaplain at his club for 20 years.

Fergus lives at Toowoon Bay on the NSW Central Coast with his wife Catherine and his Son.

Ralph is the Senior ACC Chaplain for the ADF and is responsible for recruiting new chaplains to the full time and reserve roles which are available across the three services in the ADF.

He currently serves as Co-ord Chaplain for 5 Brigade in Holsworthy and has a wealth of knowledge about all things ADF.

He also serves as National Director for Chaplaincy Australia.

Margot McCrindle is an ACC pastor who has been involved in Pastoral Care ministry within a local church setting for over 30 years. She now works in the health system as the Pastoral Care Manager at the Calvary Mater hospital in Newcastle.

Specific pastoral hospital experience includes general, medical, emergency, critical care, and oncology, supporting patients and families during diagnosis, treatment and end of life.

Donna has been a community chaplain with Chaplaincy Australia since 2003 and a school community chaplain since 2012.

Donna has extensive community experience and has also been involved in disaster response as a Disaster Recovery Chaplaincy Network Team Leader.

Donna and her husband Steve live on the  NSW Central Coast.
