Our Chaplaincy Network currently reaches into 26 different Sectors of Australian Society and Culture.
Each Chaplaincy Sector has subtle differences and we are developing a great resource of “subject matter experts” for each Chaplaincy Sector.

Aged Care - Sector Leader
Jenny is an ACC pastor attending Hillsong Church, Greater West Sydney.
She completed training with Chaplaincy Australia as well as a clinical pastoral education.
Jenny has had much experience working in the aged care sector. She is the senior chaplain at BaptistCare, overseeing the chaplaincy managers and the teams of chaplains working in aged care residential facilities and independent living units. She also oversees chaplains at Westmead Hospital and Cobham Juvenile Justice.
Self-care for Jenny is weekends away with her husband, dining out with friends, good movies and listening to books as she travels many kilometers in her car.
Arts & Creative - Sector Leader
Sharna is the director and founder of Arts Care International where she works as a chaplain to the arts and entertainment industry.
Sharna’s chaplaincy background is in the community sector working in mental health and international community development on a local and government level.
She enjoys watching the Sydney Kings play (who she supported as chaplain) and enjoys drinking an extra hot soy chai latte while catching up with friends.
Disasters & Emergency Services -Sector Leader
Anne has been a Chaplain for 20 years. In 1998, she founded Chaplaincy Australia.
Anne has been on most Australian disaster fronts since 2004, is a duty officer with the Disaster Recovery Chaplaincy Network; an ambulance chaplain for North Sydney and on-call pentecostal chaplain at the RNS Hospital.
Anne is passionate for all things chaplaincy.
Workplace Sector Leader
Graham has had more than 30 years experience in Christian ministry as a teacher, pastor, workplace chaplain and as a pastoral supervisor.
Graham is currently the NSW and ACT Chaplain for Toll Group.
This role involves offering confidential support and assistance to employees and their families. Graham is the Assistant State Director of Chaplaincy Australia NSW/ACT and a member of the state leadership team.
Graham attends Hillsong Church (Great Western Sydney). Graham unwinds by enjoying riding his motorbike and spending weekends away with his wife.
Australian Defence Force - Sector Leader
Ralph is the Senior ACC Chaplain for the ADF and is responsible for recruiting new chaplains to the full time and reserve roles which are available across the three services in the ADF.
He currently serves as Co-ord Chaplain for 5 Brigade in Holsworthy and has a wealth of knowledge about all things ADF.
He also serves as National Director for Chaplaincy Australia.
Hospital & Health - Sector Leader
Susan has been involved in Chaplaincy Australia for the past 10 years and is currently the NSW/ACT State Director. Her experience in chaplaincy includes hospitals, emergency services and disaster response. Susan is passionate about people being well trained to provide quality empathic care and support, and for people to engage in transformational learning.
She was previously in the role of National Training Director for Chaplaincy Australia and is a faculty member of Alphacrucis College. Susan is also an ordained ACC Minister and a Professional/ Pastoral Supervisor with Australasian Association of Supervision.
Community - Sector Leader
Donna has been a community chaplain with Chaplaincy Australia since 2003 and a school community chaplain since 2012.
Donna has extensive community experience and has also been involved in disaster response as a Disaster Recovery Chaplaincy Network Team Leader.
Donna and her husband Steve live on the NSW Central Coast.
Corrective Services - Sector Leader
Jim is an ACC Pastor attending Hope UC Gosford campus on the Central Coast. He was part of the inaugural Chaplaincy Australia course of 2008. Jim has had vast experience in prison ministries working 15 prisons throughout NSW most recently as a Chaplain at Wellington Correctional Centre for 8 years and also as a Financial Counsellor NSW Prisons with the Salvation Army for 5 years. Jim was also Regional Chaplain for Chaplain Australia in the Rural West Region for 7 years. Jim has worked in many different ministry roles in partnership with his wife Sandy for over 30 years. Jim currently supports many former inmates as they are released from prison in their efforts to adjust to life again on the outside. Recently having moved Jim & Sandy are loving life on the Central Coast.
