We are passionate about chaplains, pastoral carers, pastors and leaders having good support and engaging in personal and professional development.
Professional Pastoral Supervision is a great way to engage in transformational learning, reflective practice and holistic self-care.
To have someone to meet with every 4 – 8 weeks in a safe confidential space to reflect on your ministry, to get encouragement, support and to gain a broader perspective on situations you may be facing. To assist you to identify what you love to do, your calling, your core values and to better understand why you respond and react the way you do in certain circumstances. It can also assist with skills training and learning pathways.
Chaplaincy Australia Recognised Supervisors are trained professional supervisors experienced in providing pastoral supervision. You can find them on the pages below.
Chaplaincy Australia Supervision Interns are those who have completed supervision training but are still needing to gain enough hours providing supervision to be recognised as a supervisor. Interns do not charge for their services.

Chaplaincy Australia Group Supervision
Chaplaincy Australia is pleased to announce that we will be offering Group Supervision in various locations across NSW/ACT in 2019.
Our Group Supervision will be facilitated by a Recognised Chaplaincy Australia Supervisor for minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 8 people.
The group will meet four times over the year.
Cost $70 for two hours.

Recognised SupervisorGraham has over 30 years of experience in Christian ministry as a Teacher, Principal, Pastor, Workplace Chaplain and Pastoral Supervisor.
Graham is currently the NSW and ACT Chaplain for the Toll Group and the director of Take Care Services. He is the Assistant NSE State Director of Chaplaincy Australia.
Graham is a supervisor with the Australasian Association of Supervision and holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision from St Marks National Theological Centre Canberra.

Recognised SupervisorSharon is an experienced Professional/Pastoral Supervisor, a recognised Supervisor with the Australasian Association of Supervision (AAOS), a member of the Centre for Clinical Pastoral Education (NSW) and has a Master’s degree in Chaplaincy. Sharon holds a post Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision with St Marks National Theological College.
Sharon is passionate about supporting individuals and groups to develop their personal and professional potential, encouraging transformational learning and self-care. Sharon has an empathic approach to her practice specialising in the provision of supervision to pastoral carers, aged care and juvenile justice and welcomes other modalities. Sharon works as both a chaplain and professional supervisor for Anglicare.

Allen has been an experienced professional pastoral supervisor and a teacher to theological students for over twelve years; a recognised Supervisor with Australasian Association of Supervision (AAOS) and a member of Transforming Practices. He holds a Master’s degree in Chaplaincy and a Graduate Certificate in Professional Supervision.
With 30 years in ministry—16 as a chaplain with Anglicare—Allen provides individual and group supervision to pastors, chaplains, pastoral carers, theological students and those who supervise others.

Candy is an experienced Professional Supervisor, with Australasian Association of Supervision (AAOS) and Christian Counsellors Association of Australia (CCAA) and a registered Clinical Counsellor with CCAA & Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA). Along with extensive experience as a chaplain within emergency services, healthcare and workplaces. Candy offers supervision to those in the people caring fields from counsellors, chaplains, pastors and leaders. Recognised SupervisorFrank has over 40 years’ experience in pastoral ministry and senior leadership in rural communities and regional centres.
He holds a post graduate qualifications in pastoral counselling and ministry and is accredited with Australasian Association of Supervision as a Supervisor.
He sees supervision as enriching pastoral skills, confidence and ethical maturity within a collaborative, trusting relationship.

Recognised SupervisorSusan is an experienced Professional/Pastoral Supervisor, a recognised Supervisor/Supervisor Trainer with Australasian Association of Supervision (AAOS) and a member of Transforming Practices. She is also a Board Member, Membership Coordinator and Chair of Training Standards for AAOS. Susan specializes in the provision of supervision to supervisors, pastors, leaders, chaplains and pastoral carers as well as allied health professionals. Susan is also an advocate and researcher in the area of supervision with a passion to see all those in the helping professions receive quality non-judgmental confidential support, and engage in transformational learning.

Paul is Senior Pastoral Care Coordinator in HammondCare, commencing with them in 2005. He has extensive Chaplaincy experience in Aged Care, Dementia and Palliative Care. His career background is diverse including Nursing, Pastoral Ministry, Chaplaincy, Counselling and Pastoral Supervision.
Paul believes that this diversity brings a richness to his Pastoral Supervision practice. He believes that quality supervision leads to effective ministry through mutual trust, confidential support, and reflection upon practice.
